The goal of ShareX is to become the largest and most active Private Equity Platform in China and even in the world for Private Equity registration management and Private Equity trading. We are targeting companies on the Nasdaq Linq platform as well as other Private companies.

ShareX will create a blockchain-based enterprise equity management system, which will help global equity holders manage their holdings easily, securely with a high level of trust. We will use leverage on the advantages of the blockchain such as decentralization, distributed storage, tamper-resistant, traceability and efficiency.

For the trading of unlisted equities, ShareX aims to provides a blockchain-based trading platform for the trading of unlisted company's shares, enabling any equity holder to quickly and easily trade the unlisted company`s shares, by providing liquidity and a credible platform. Investors looking to invest in quality assets of unlisted companies will be able to do so in a transparent and secure environment with a lower minimum investment capital threshold.
